About Us

The management team

ImprovAbility began as a sole trader business in November 2017 and was incorporated in June 2019 to form the company we are today. We are a team with real experience gained while helping businesses just like yours.
ImprovAbility is a team of diverse professionals from various backgrounds with a common goal. We like to fix and improve things. Our team has worked in many organisations, countries and project and process related environments.

 

Our approach is simple. We want to help you to improve the way you do business with minimal disruption while we do it. When we leave, you own the new capability we’ve helped you create, and you shouldn’t feel dependent on us to keep that going.

We are not a “bums on seats” company. We are looking to build trust with our clients so they want to call us back to help with improving their capability again and again.

Nathan Jones

Director and a generally useful guy to have around. Nathan loves fixing things and helping others to learn. He's usually OK to deal with after a coffee.

Chris Ferguson

Director and passionate about the environment and all things sustainable. She is always friendly and full of energy, even before coffee!
